Wrap Stars ATL has a systematic process to ensure the highest quality product possible.
Due to many variables in the process, the timeframes provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Receive a custom quote.
- Pay a 50% deposit to make it official.
- Provide all necessary photos as they are requested, as well as any files needed.
- Our designer receives your order and begins the proofing process.
- Schedule to get your vehicle measured by our team if necessary.
- Email final proof approval. Additional charges will be incurred if changes are requested after final approval.
- Schedule your installation dates. Installation can only be scheduled after final proof approval.
- Production receives your order and begins the printing process.
- Drop off your clean vehicle on your scheduled date and time.
- Install receives your order and if needed removal and preparation services begin. If removal and preparation is necessary additional time may be required.
- Pay the remaining balance of your invoice.
- Pick up your vehicle.

Vehicle Wash Instructions
Thoroughly wash your vehicle 24 hours prior to installation. Do not wax or tire shine If you r vehicle has permanent protective coating, such as Ceramic Pro or Opt-Coat, we must be apprised of this beforehand, as these types of coatings will affect your wrap. A “drive through” type car wash will not sufficiently clean these areas, they must be cleaned by hand.
Remove any aftermarket accessories (bug sheilds, rain guards, wind deflectors, etc.) and scrub the vehicle using dish soap and a brush or wash mitt, paying special attention to the thoroughly clean these areas:
Rocker Panels
Window Moldings
Door Jambs
Hatch Opening
Old Adhesive
Wheel Wells & Mud-flaps
Bugs or Tar on Bumper/Grill
Bumper Recesses
Grille & Fog-light Areas
Windshield/Hood Cowl
Around Small Hardware
Around Trim Pieces
Around Door Handles
Area Between Cab & Bed
Around Utility Doors
Dirt, wax, tar, bugs, sap soot, grease, loose paint, old adhesive, or other residues can cause your wrap to fail, and if any are present we will need to detail your vehicle before beginning installation. Detailing fees will apply. To allow for adequate drying time, if we must detail your vehicle, your planned installation will be extended by an additional day or possibly postponed.
Your vehicle will probably get a little dirty on the surface on the way here, but we will re-wipe the exterior before applying the vinyl. Really getting the nooks and crannies clean with time to dry beforehand is what’s important. We know that you’re excited to get it wrapped, so the cleaner your vehicle is when it arrives, the sooner we’ll be able to get started on applying the vinyl, and the sooner you can get it back all freshly wrapped and awesome!
Your vehicle MUST be clean and wax free in order to install your wrap. If you’d prefer to have us detail it for you instead, please let us know and we will schedule it (charges apply).
